Custom-made products
Every MapToPoster is custom-made to your exact specifications — your chosen location, theme, size, and framing options. Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised (Regulation 28(1)(b)).
This means we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once production has begun.
Damaged or defective orders
If your poster arrives damaged, with a printing defect, or is significantly different from what you ordered, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos clearly showing the damage or defect
Send your claim to support@maptoposter.co and we'll respond within 1–2 business days.
Resolution options
Once we've reviewed your claim, we'll offer one of the following at our discretion:
- Reprint and reship — a replacement poster produced and sent to you at no extra cost.
- Full refund — issued to your original payment method.
Refund processing
If a refund is issued, it will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout (e.g. your credit or debit card via Stripe). Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
